The purpose of this procedure is to provide clear guidance on how to address complaints regarding the advisory services offered to clients in the United States through Beacon Global Advisor Network, LLC (“BGAN”). Cameron James USA, as a marketing name, is not licensed or registered to conduct advisory business and will not handle or resolve any complaints directly.

Step 1: Submitting a Complaint

If you have a complaint regarding the advisory services provided, you should submit your complaint directly to Beacon Global Advisor Network, LLC.
